Ferr & Mullin

Ferr & Mullin is a small firm that focuses on a limited number of practice areas. This allows us to provide a higher level of representation in those few areas, rather than lesser representation across a broader course of areas. We are committed to the highest levels of service and will work closely with you to achieve your goals.

Robert (Bob) L. Mullin received his Bachelor of Science, summa cum laude, from the State University of New York at Brockport in May of 2004, followed by his J.D., cum laude, in June of 2007, from the State University of New York at Buffalo, at which time he joined with John Ferr to form the law firm of Ferr & Mullin, Attorneys and Counselors at Law, which is now Ferr & Mullin, P.C. Bob has been named by his peers to the Super Lawyers list for the last several years, and to the Rising Stars list prior to that.

While enrolled in law school, Bob focused his studies in the areas of property and estate planning and completed a litigation concentration program. He also completed a summer clerkship with the Honorable Charles Siragusa, W.D.N.Y.

Bob focuses his practice on residential real estate and employment law. In his residential real estate practice, he has overseen thousands of closings and processes millions of dollars each month as a settlement agent for numerous mortgage lenders.

In his employment law practice, he focuses on helping employees receive proper pay and recover pay they were denied. Bob has recovered millions of dollars for clients who were not paid overtime, not paid for all time worked, improperly paid salary, and similar situations.
